Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CattleOS (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including ranchers, ranch managers, and any other visitors or contributors.
Service Description
CattleOS provides an AI-powered platform for digitizing handwritten calving records, managing herd data through a knowledge graph, and querying ranch records using natural language. The Service includes image upload and AI extraction, data verification tools, graph database storage, and natural language querying capabilities. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to ranch and herd management. You may not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform's AI systems, use the Service to store or transmit malicious content, or share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all data you upload, including notebook images and herd records. By uploading content, you grant CattleOS a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service. The CattleOS platform, including its AI models, software, and design, remains the intellectual property of CattleOS Enterprise. Extracted and structured data derived from your uploads belongs to you.
Limitation of Liability
CattleOS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any errors in AI-extracted data — users are responsible for verifying all extracted records through our human-in-the-loop review process. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding twelve months.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
